AFTER HOURS ARRANGEMENTS

• Hello Home Doctors offer bulk billed home visiting GP service, available after hours only.
• Emergency health care is available 24 hours a day at the Ipswich General Hospital.

ST ANDREWS AFTER HOURS SERVICE

• St Andrews After Hours Services is open Monday to Friday from 6pm to 7am and from 2:30pm Saturday through to 7am Monday.
• Emergency health care is available 24 hours a day at the Ipswich General Hospital.

DELAYS

Due to circumstances beyond the control of your doctor, you may experience delays in wait times. We support the doctors consulting at Brassall Clinic by implementing a triage system, so your doctor can give priority to their patients with urgent medical conditions. At all times, your doctor will endeavour to see you as soon as possible.

UPDATE

As of 3rd August 2026 our private fees are slightly increasing.

Standard Consultation – Fee: $85.00 Rebate: $39.95
Long Consultation – Fee: $135.00 Rebate: $47.90

Dr Fatemeh Manzari fees (Dr Manzari has lower fees due to being a Non VR’d GP).

Dr Manzari Standard Consultation – Fee: $60.00 Rebate: $39.00
Dr Manzari Long Consultation – Fee: $80.00 Rebate: $44.00

Saturdays

We privately bill on Saturdays. Saturday fee is $85 (short consult) or $135 (long consult). Your Medicare rebate is still claimable on the day.

We DO NOT bulk bill for any Pension/Health Care Card holders or children under 16 on Saturdays only.
